PAYMENT METHODS
To purchase either by phone or on-line you will require a valid MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express, Discover or Debit Card. If you wish to use either a check or money order please call toll free (within USA) 1800 560 4667 or 407 6679135 and request customer service.

DISPATCH
Our products are generally dispatched within 5 - 7 working days; however this may vary during our peak times e.g. May - September. We do suggest that you forward plan any purchases to allow for delivery.

DELIVERY
Our products are shipped via UPS and while every effort is made to ensure speedy deliver please allow between 7 - 10 working days.

BACK ORDERS
While every effort is made to ensure stock availability, out of stocks do occur. If we do encounter an out of stock on your order our Customer Service team will contact you either by phone or email to discuss the situation and outcome.

LOSS OF DELIVERY
While every effort is made by ourselves and our delivery partners to ensure speedy dispatch and delivery delays do occur as well as missing in transit. For insurance purposes we must wait 45 days from time of order for a delivery to be deemed 'Lost In Transit'. Once deemed lost your goods will be replaced free of any charges.
